Zubi lets you describe software you want and instantly run personalized mini apps and games on your device.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. AI Processing
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to plan, generate, and edit apps, icons, and related content. When you submit instructions or participate in a planning conversation, that content is sent to our backend and processed by third-party AI providers on our behalf.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, health data, financial account details, or information about others unless you are comfortable with that content being processed for the purpose of providing the Service.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these situations:

We use trusted third parties to help us operate the Service, including providers for authentication, cloud hosting, database storage, serverless compute, AI inference, image generation, and analytics or diagnostics. These providers process information on our instructions and only as needed to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others; or to enforce our Terms of Use.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Your account information, apps, generated code, and app data are stored in cloud infrastructure associated with your account. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Apps you create may request permission to send local notifications, such as reminders. You can control notification permissions in your device settings. We do not use notifications for advertising.
8. Sharing from Within Apps
When you save or share content from an app, your device’s native share sheet may let you send files or text to other apps or contacts you choose. We do not control how third-party apps handle content you share with them.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
